Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Offset ID mobile application and related services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Offset ID.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Offset ID a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display content solely to operate the Service. Offset ID does not claim ownership of your content.
4. Sharing and Responsibility
You are responsible for what you choose to share. Offset ID is not responsible for third-party use of information you make public.
5. Free Trial and Paid Plans
Offset ID offers a 7-day full experience trial for new users. During this trial period, you have access to all features without payment.
After the trial period, continued access to certain features requires a one-time purchase:
Lite Plan: $2.99 (one-time) — Create and manage 1 digital business card
Pro Plan: $4.99 (one-time) — Create and manage up to 3 digital business cards
All purchases are one-time payments processed through the App Store. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload illegal content, or attempt to reverse engineer the app. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Availability and features may change over time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offset ID is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Account Deletion and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may permanently delete your account from within the app at Account > Delete Account. Offset ID may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction listed for the app publisher in App Store Connect. The service operator for this app is Offset ID.
